The Outer Accord
Early playable prototype
A modest ship. A promising trade route. A galaxy with conflicting interests. Make your way as an independent captain in a space trading and exploration game.

Trade your way toward a bigger horizon
Start with a secondhand freighter and a straightforward delivery. Find an opportunity, prepare your ship, choose a route, deliver or trade, then reinvest the proceeds. Cargo space and market knowledge matter as much as the size of your ship.
The current local prototype lets you buy and sell cargo, travel between two ports, expand the hold and complete repeatable freight contracts. Taking a client's sealed consignment offers a way to earn credits without first paying for the cargo yourself.
A treaty under strain
Eighty years ago, three exhausted civilizations reopened the gates between their territories and guaranteed safe passage for civilian ships. Trade now connects worlds that depend on one another. But missing ships and failing routes are putting that trust under pressure.
Then a long-silent gate begins transmitting the identification of a vessel lost before the treaty was signed. The story direction explores a mystery learned through work—deliveries, contacts and discoveries—rather than a captain destined to be the galaxy's only hero.
Your ship, your choices
We're exploring careers shaped by equipment and reputation: merchant, explorer, salvager or escort, with riskier opportunities beyond safe routes. Cargo capacity, range and protection are intended to create tradeoffs, giving small ships a purpose alongside larger vessels.
Broader exploration, encounters, factions and cooperation are design directions still to be prototyped. Multiplayer is not implemented.
Where development stands
An early local Unity desktop prototype includes trading, travel, introductory objectives, cargo expansion, freight contracts and saved progress. The art shown here establishes the visual goal while gameplay develops. There is no public beta or release date yet, and features and story details may change.
